The first thing you need is an ISP to get you connected to the Internet.
You can find one in your local telephone book. You might like to check out a few before deciding as you need to know the plans
they offer, the costs, and the amount of download. They will also provide an email address for you and many give you several free
emails as well. You will also get email boxes from your host.
Unless you intend to do a lot of downloading you can probably get one of the cheapest plans for the time being and upgrade later.
Their service technicians will help you program your computer to their site and then you are online.
NEXT: GET A HOST:-
A Hosting Company is the provider of Internet space for your site to be published to the web.
It will usually provide you will enough space to publish many web pages but as you are just doing your first site, most likely,
again I would recommend the cheapest plan to start with. You can upgrade later.
To design your site is simple. Use a program like Site Studio or Site Builder to do it.
